Tsu Dho Nimh, sorry I was so dumb about this. However I did learn something new today and got my haiku up today. Now to find out what Turkey Molé, Olé is.
There is no article when I load the page.
Your version sounds yummy
Mmm...sounds delicious.
Mole when done properly is soooooo good. Nice one.
Tsu is right. I was so wary the first time I tried mole' but it had depths of taste and a richness that surprised me.
yum mexican, chocolate, and turkey all in one.
Dave - Turkey molé is astoundingly delicious. The chocolate used is unsweetened, which makes the chiles taste "richer" and there is a complex ground-up mess of toasted nuts, spices, 5 kinds of chiles, and things I don't remember. It takes a couple of days to do it right.
