Turn an Image into Cliaprt in Photoshop

First, you'll need a photo to work with. It should be realistic, and should not be too high in MP. This is an easy process, so don't worry about it. When you're done, you'll have a nice piece of clipart!

1. First, duplicate the layer in your photo. This is so we'll be able to over lay our effects/filters in the end.
2. Now, on one layer, go to Filter>Stylize>Find Edges. This will bring a lined photo. Go to image>lighting and make it much darker.
3. Now, go to the second layer. Go to Filter>Artistic>Dry brush. Bring the slider for brush size to 10. Repeat this 3 times. The fast way to repeat is just go to filter> and the first thing on the top will be what you just did.
4. Now we need to change the second layer to overlay. Just go to layers in the top right window, and select the second layer. Then go right next to it, the drop down box and select Overlay. Then make sure there is an Eye in the checkbox next to each layer, and then check your image.
5. Now for final Touch-ups. Fool around with Image Adjustments, filters, and more to create your final clipart image.
6. Go to file>Save-as, and change it to JPEG. Save at maximum quality. You clipart is Finished!
