Ingredients

Serves 8
2 cans White Beans - navy, kidney or cannellini beans, - two 18 oz cans
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Italian Parsely - finely chopped
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes - finely chopped
4 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Black Pepper - freshly ground
1 tsp Sea Salt - To taste or about 1 Tsp

Directions for Tuscan Bean Dip

Combine All Ingredients in Food Processor
Drain and rinse canned white beans. Combine with all ingredients. Puree until smooth and velvety. (You can also mix in a bowl with a stick blender)

Serve With Crudites, Toasted Italian Bread Quarters, Pita Wedges or Even Chips
Place in a serving bowl at room temp, garnish with a sprig of Italian parsley and serve with fresh crudites, lightly toasted Italian, French or Pita bread sliced in quarters or even your favorite chips.
