Eris Quod Sum is interesting but has way too many plots going on at once. Unfortunately Heroes has way too many characters again. Either the writers need to kill off some characters or learn to stay focused on a couple of storylines instead of six at once. I am usually a big fan of Heroes but I couldn't wait for this episode to get over with.
The episode was actually kind of boring even with Elle remerging back on the scene. The interaction between her and Claire was mildly interesting but I was easily distracted by Claire's hair color. It matched her complexion perfectly. So perfectly that I could hardly tell where her face ended and her hairline started.
Arthur Petrelli is a very bad guy. He kills Matt's dad just for disagreeing with him. He tries to convert Peter to the dark side but when Peter resists, Arthur has no problems with Sylar tossing Peter out a seven story window. He is even disappointed that the fall didn't kill Peter. Sylar gives the appearance of joining Pinehurst but yet he "secretly" saves Peter by cushioning his fall out the window. I say "secretly" because everyone figures it out, including Arthur who is just seemingly ignoring the slip at the moment.
That is the first three storylines. There is another storyline about Hiro and Ando still in Africa with Hiro trying to figure out how to save the world without going back in time. Fifth storyline is Daphne getting in Matt's good graces while she is still secretly working for Arthur. We still don't know what Arthur has on Daphne but it better be good because that storyline is really getting on my nerves. Either make Daphne good or bad. I hate the wallow in between crap. There is also another storyline involving Nathan and Tracy escaping from Suresh and now rushing off to be in more danger by running to Pinehurst.
Boring, boring, boring. I am trying to think of one good thing about the episode and all I can think of is Zachary Quinto looks hot in black. And what is up with Peter speaking out of the side of his mouth. I give Eris Quod Sum 1 out of 5 stars. Please someone save Heroes because saving the world is getting old.
