Even before the upfronts were done, controversy for the upcoming Chicago-based NBC series "The Playboy Club" was being heard.

Now comes word that the Salt Lake City NBC affiliate will not air the show. KSL had informed NBC of its decision, according to a press release.

Just the idea of the show sent shivers along many lines for some. This show is set in the 1960s-style of "Mad Men" but takes on the club, with the famous Bunnies.

KSL President and CEO Mark Willes said, "The Playboy brand is known internationally. Everyone is clear what it stands for. We want to be sure everyone is clear what the KSL brand stands for, which is completely inconsistent with the Playboy brand."

It was noted that they will seek another channel to air the show. However, another question might be: What show will replace it on the NBC schedule?
