You can't just wait till your body is perfectly detoxed after giving up smoking, drinking and over-eating. You feel you need to take some action now. So do it. Here are twenty ways to feel heathier now. You might find some become a habit. Once you're feeling healthier, click here to feel happier!

Take some vigorous exercise - even if you can only spare five minutes.

Throw out ultra-high heels and tight shoes. They damage your back.

Drink a fresh vegetable juice.

Drink a large glass of water. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into it.

Drink a smoothie. Use almond milk and fresh berries.

Eat a large green salad with a dressing of extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Eat an apple.

Eat a bowl of fresh or frozen red berries. Or blueberries.

Get some sleep.

Get some fresh air.

Book a half-hour massage.

Go for a stroll.

Take a long hot shower.

Get some sunshine - if you can.
