Twilight Stars Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Rumored Relationship to End? [Photos]

'Twilight 's' are they or aren't they a couple, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart appear to have hit another glitch in their rumored off-set romance. Earlier in the year, things definitely appeared to have warmed up between the two off set. Especially, in the lead up to Pattinson 'Remember Me' premiere in March. The situation then took a turn for the worst. Stewart displayed frightening levels of jealousy after Pattinson was catch eyeing a burlesque dancer in London. This resulted in her blowing up incredibly at him in front of cast and crew members during re-shoots in Vancouver much to Pattinson's surprise. Pattinson had only just returned from the weekend in London that landed him in the hot seat with Stewart. At the same time, stories suggesting that Pattinson was freaking out about Stewart's demands to go public with the relationship and move in together surfaced in the media.

The relationship appeared to go completely cold as Pattinson started a new film project in Los Angeles costarring Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon. The reversal of relationship fortunes saw Pattinson claiming to be single on set of the 1930's flick called "Water for Elephants.' Just prior to Pattinson's admission, Stewart displayed a series of unfortunate, questionable and even unladylike behavior in Australia. She was catch flipping one paparazzi the 'bird' fingers. An even more unfortunate foot in mouth moment occurred when Stewart compared her experiences with the paparazzi to "being raped." The media backlash was undeniable and Pattinson rightfully distanced himself further still. However, Stewart appeared to have gotten her way as reports confirmed that the pair moved in together last month.

While Pattinson nor Stewart confirmed a relationship, Stewart seems almost on a mission to it confirmed whether Pattinson likes it or not. While Stewart has been behaving rather love sick publically over her handsome 24 year-old British costar, Pattinson appears to still be in search of his soul mate. The 'Twilight' pair were spotted out on two high profile recent dates just last week. However, Pattinson has put the breaks on the alleged romance during a dinner party with friends at Stewart's rented home. Pattinson said in front of the attending guest that "he hadn't found his soul mate yet." According to close sources, Stewart was shocked. Stewart seemingly believed at the start of the year that the pair were headed towards the altar in the near future.

Instead, it would appear that Stewart and her costar maybe just that 'costars' only. Stewart could be grateful for Pattinson's honestly as he appears to have little interest in leading her on any more than she herself has done. With two more 'Twilight Saga' installments on the way, Stewart may be better off coming to terms with the situation sooner rather than later for the sake of the franchise and peace on set. Meanwhile, recent reports confirm that the 10 month film shoot will be split between Vancouver, Canada and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
