The Twist Stepper Workout Machine is really easy to use. All you have to do is get on it and step up and down or move from side to side to twist. I love that I can get a total body workout with this, because I can feel it working in my calves without bulking it up. I also work up a really great sweat after using thing for around an hour. I also find it effective when I use the Twist Stepper Workout Machine for thirty minutes, but at a faster pace. The foot plates are slip resistant, so you never have to worry about slipping off the machine. Also, I noticed that unlike with treadmills, which really hurt my knees, and even my feet sometimes when I run, the Twist Stepper Workout Machine does not give my body any pressure at all.
Apart from the amazing cardio workout the Twist Stepper Workout Machine gives me, I get a really great toning workout when I combine my usual up and down steps with side to side movements, and I noticed that my buttocks and thighs were toned extremely well after just six weeks. When my husband wants to use the Twist Stepper Workout Machine, he just adjusts the height for more resistance, as it is so easy to do so. The Twist Stepper Workout Machine is just like your other exercise machines, with its heavy-duty steel construction, not the flimsy plastic-like ones from before. It also has an LCD screen which monitors your calorie count, the time lapsed, etcetera.
You also have the option of using the exercise bands that come with the Twist Stepper Workout Machine for an added upper body workout. I am really impressed and happy with my Twist Stepper Workout
