Two Bimbos, Same Low Price

You know I got a really nasty letter from Jason Burkett today and I frankly don't know why I let Jason bother me because he is so unimportant in my life. Recently I offered to put several pieces of writings from Jason up on my site; do I have to do that? Hell NO! But instead I do it out of the kindness of my heart because "he" asked me to be open minded, so I tried.

Recently Jason wanted some parts of transcripts from Michael's trial about Kristin Willis's testimony and I gave them to him; did I have to do that? Hell NO! But instead I did it because "he" claimed he had no money to pay for anything.

Recently Jason wanted pictures of autopsies from both murders and I said if his attorneys would provide them I would have copies made up at "my" expense so that he could have them, and I even offered to have a forensic expert look at the pictures to see if he could see anything that was missed in the pictures the first time at "my" expense; I owe Jason Burkett not a damn thing, but for his mother who has limited resources and basically Jason's only means of support I made the offer, do I owe Jason anything? Hell NO!

Jason was upset in his letter because he doesn't like the fact that "I" allow him to post articles on "my" site but then I along with others have nerve enough to question Jason Burkett about his stories. As I told Jason you better be damn sure you can answer the questions that "we" pose to him because a federal judge will be 100 times tougher on him then we are; do you truly think Jason that the State of Texas is just going to come forward and say "oh we made a mistake" and let you go; if you think that you truly are a fool; criminal law is a very dirty business and you should have learned from the first time around that the state doesn't play fair.

Then he said he received letters from supposed supports of Michael Perry's and an email from Emily to Melyssa where they told him I was not associated with Michael Perry's Defense Team and I have pissed numerous people off; well dah! If you ever would listen to people Jason I have told you a hundred million times already the I left Michael's Defense Team after their filing of his initial appeal in March of 2007; do I still have contact with them and do I offer them advice? Your damn right I do! But that also doesn't mean they follow that advice; hell Michael is their client and they seldom do a damn thing he wants, and I might add that had his attorneys followed Michael's and my advice I suspect the outcome of his appeal would have been different, but they chose their course of action and I didn't agree with them so I left. Michael has repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly asked me to reengage myself on his Defense Team and I have told him NO! Every letter I get from Michael there is always at least one line that states he needs MY help on his case, but I told him I will not join his Defense Team again and it hurts me greatly to tell a guy fighting for his life that I will not reengage myself on his defense, but I also promised Cindy I would not directly involve myself on Michael's case again.

You see there are truly only two people in this world that I owe a damn thing to and that is my wife and son; I owe nothing to Jason Burkett or Michael Perry, but I find their case interesting and "both" have compelled me to offer them assistance on their cases in one form or another.

Jason then questioned my motives in helping him, and I can tell you that right fast Jason; your mom doesn't have the money to offer you the assistance you want and as she told me in the past "all she wants is the truth on this case good or bad as it relates to her son" and I can respect that and understand that. I receive no benefit from helping you in any way what so ever and after your comments I won't again in the future either.

You have to remember Mr. Jason that my conclusions on your guilt have not changed, but I have held off on you to offer "you" the opportunity to defend yourself on "my" site; do you bother to have a damn thing posted on "your" site? Nope! And why is that Jason? Isn't it because the woman that professes to "love" you can't be bothered to even post any of your damn stuff. Here's another little question for you Jason; why did I provide your little girlfriend the transcripts you wanted over a year ago and she not give them to you? After all she claimed to be a private investigator in the State of Iowa and that turned out to be a lie, and then when confronted she changed her story to that she had applied for her license in the State of Iowa and that turned out to be a lie because Iowa had no record of such an application from her, and oh yeah Jason when she contacted me she never claimed to be helping you, oh no; the first words out of her mouth were that she was helping Michael Perry, and when I asked Michael about her he told me yeah she had been in contact with him claiming she was an investigator with some prisoner rights group and wanted to help him, but then again when that was checked into that turned out to be a lie.

What your little girlfriend is Jason is a little prison "groupie" as they are often called; they latch onto inmates that are in prison and then profess their love for them. Oh and don't think you are the first person your little girlfriend has done this to; Oh no, she latched on to a death row inmate several years ago and professed her love for him in exactly the same way until he was put to death; man for a person that has never met these people she sure falls in and out of love quickly with them, and oh yeah the death row inmate was not the first one she did that to either because she has played this little game with several inmates until she gets caught in her lies and then runs quickly. You know how bad does a person have to be then to move in with her mother and then tell you she is waiting on the poor woman to die and then she will give you some money; that is just plain morbid, but what do you want to bet that if God forbid her mother did pass away you would not get a dime; oh and her mother is not in a nursing home because that was checked out; she is alive and from what I hear appears to be doing well; don't ever under estimate the people I know Melyssa and the information I can find out on a person. You know Jason why don't you contact the supposed handwriting expert Melyssa supposedly hired for you because she will fill you in about Ms. Melyssa; after all she did have this woman jumping through hoops for you only to stiff her on the bill thus making her go to your mother to collect the money; your mother paid that bill and not your bimbo; man I like the word bimbo, my wife started that but it sure sums up these two.

You know it has always fascinated me about the relationship between Emily Powers and Michael Perry because they also profess their love for each other and I think that is cute; Michael needs a little happiness in his life and if Emily provides that then fine, but don't think he was the first one either because he isn't. Emily is a "needer" She needs to feel needed and the outside men in her life just can't provide her with what she wants. She needs men that are so dependant on her that she can be their "mommy" too. Now that's fine if that is what she wants to do, and she seems to not be playing with Michael's emotions so I shut my mouth about her and don't tell Michael what I really know about her, but today I found out the Texas authorities did in fact contact the Georgia authorities about her and Georgia is currently conducting an investigation of her over the "cell phone caper" so what do you want to bet when this is all said and over she runs from Michael and latches onto another inmate in some other state; after all Texas already has her number and she can never involve herself in with any inmate in that state, but hell we have 49 others states and several territories so I'm sure the pickings will be out there for her. God help her if she hurts Michael because then I will get involved and she will not like the consequences I promise you that, and I would laugh if the law school and the bar throw her out on her ass like she deserves because after all in my opinion what she did to Michael's attorney in risking his job, his families well being, was a great example of her character or lack of it. You see Mr. Blanke of Vinson and Elkins in Austin, Michael's law firm, trusted Emily when no other attorney would and she screwed him, and risked screwing him badly because he was responsible for EVERY THING she did and her conduct while involved with the Texas prison system. How dumb do you have to be to send sexually provocative photos to an inmate over an illegal phone cell that you Emily transferred moneys from Michael's supposed Defense Fund to the guards that illegally brought the phones in and sold them to Michael; hey guys don't believe me give Lt. Don Brewer of the Texas Office of Inspector General a call and ask him because he is very familiar with Ms. Emily Powers and her photos and text messages back and forth between her and Michael, and this was not the first time she pulled that little stunt either because she was involved in another cell phone caper several months before that, and what was the result of all this you ask? Michael wasted almost $5000 of moneys that he solicited under the pretence of a Defense Fund; of which over $3500 was money "I" directly gave him so that he could hire another investigator for his case, and then he actually was dumb enough recently to ask me to come forward with more money to hire the experts that I gave him money to hire the first time; truly Michael how dumb do you think I am? You almost caused me a divorce the first time around do you really think I would get involved with you again? Beside Cindy handles "all" the money now after she found out the amount that I have spent on you over the years and she would never give you another dime, and she told me exactly that this weekend when I asked her; in fact Michael her exact words were "tell him I said to go to hell, that if he wants money let his bimbo give it to him". Which is an interesting question because Emily supposedly sold her residence recently so why hasn't she given you a dime of money Michael? After all she does profess her love for you. Instead you rely on the goodness of people like KD and myself to provide you with money to purchase the things you need in prison, and I know both KD and I are happy to do it; not for you in my case but because it makes me feel better knowing that at least you have enough money for stamps and snacks in that hell hole they have you in. You know Michael if I'm such a fraud like Jason's girlfriend and your girlfriend like to say then why is it when I bitch the prison system in Texas jumps through hoops for you and is Johnnie on the spot to correct the issue but when she calls them they just laugh at her? Truly Michael why is that? Maybe it's because I have the connections, maybe I have the friends in high places that she does not have, have you ever thought of that Michael? I wonder if she called Governor Perry's Office if she could actually get past his secretaries to speak directly to the Governor like I have, although even that well has dried up because of you and her and your antics recently; the Governor will not help you again in the future and whose fault is that?

So both Melyssa and Emily better be very careful of who they like to call frauds because I will be happy to provide the documented evidence on both of these two. You should see the report on Ms. Powers that the Office of Inspector General completed on her; it is quite interesting to say the least. Then there is the report I recent got from a private investigator that I hired to have you checked out Ms. Melyssa and that is quite interesting to because you have told nothing but lies to Jason but I kept my mouth shut because you had never messed with me before but now it is time to play with both you and Emily; you want to tangle with me then lets tangle and get it over with once and for all; lets see who can hurt who the worst. I owe neither of you two bimbos anything but I have never wanted to hurt Jason or Michael so I have shut my mouth for far to long, you two are real pieces of work I swear. Now as far as Emily her game is over and I suspect the law school and Georgia Bar will complete their investigation shortly and will drop the hammer on her and end her career before it starts, but you Melyssa might take a little more effort because you neither own nothing nor have you ever done anything in your life that means anything so hurting you will take a little more effort, but I wonder if your mother knows that your telling people your just waiting on her to die to get her money; oh and here's a clue Melyssa your mom doesn't have the money you think she does either.

Both you and that scum bag Emily make me sick, and I have waited far to long to end these little games you both play with Jason and Michael's hearts. Oh and for the record I owe neither Jason nor Michael a damn thing so if they get pissed off so be it I could careless on either of them.
