Two Easy Ways to Make Money with Your Blog

If You're Good at Something, Don't Do it for Free

If you've got a blog, it is just as easy for you to get paid as it is any commercial website. The only key is having the traffic. It is really that simple. If you've got a successful blog (a blog with atleast 100 people viewing on a daily basis) you can get paid for writing short posts of 50-100 words about certain products or general advertisements/reviews (written in your own words) for other companies. You can also get paid by companies who want to have a direct link on the link section of your blog.

Pay Per Post

One o the absolute easiest ways to get paid to blog is joining websites that work on the concept of Pay Per Post, or PPP. You can sign up for this at websites like Payperpost.com, payu2blog.com, payingpost.com, or even blogsvertise.com. Companies are willing to pay anywhere between 5-20 dollars, on average, for you to post about their product on your blog! When you sign up for these websites you are required to fill out an application of acceptance but don't intimidated, most of the time these applications are only to see if you've qualified for the advertisement categories you've picked to write about and that you don't have any illegal or unethical activity of any kind on your blog. Yes, you heard me write, if getting paid wasn't enough - You get to write advertisements in your industry! If you're a photographer that writes blogs about photography, then you can find opportunities to write advertisements for photography products. Of course each site has their set of rules but it is still quite an amazing way to make fast cash with your blog. Some websites require 100-400 word posts, while others only require you to write 50 words or more. To an average blogger this should be a piece of cake!

Blogroll

Another way I've found to make money with blogs is with a website called blogrollplease.com. I haven't heard of this concept being done with any other site except for this site (yet, at least) This website connects bloggers with companies who are interested in directly paying bloggers to merely put a link to the company's website within the "links" section of the blog. The payment for this can vary from 15-200 dollars a month for one link. For what it's worth, I'd say making an easy 15-200 bucks a month for doing close to nothing more than you'd normally do is well worth it.

In Conclusion

Remember that the more traffic you've got, the more money you can make and the more money making opportunities will pop up. Just like any social network, more traffic equals more money but also remember that what generates more traffic is having a passion for what you're doing and creating a large quantity of quality content that is extremely interesting to your audience. Designing it to be addicting is also great for business and having controversial topics doesn't hurt either!
