Two Great Body Products for People Who Love Coconut

What is more appealing than the musky-sweet, rich, exotic smell of really high quality coconut products? Nothing, that's what! Unfortunately, they're not a dime a dozen-coconut is not the most common of scents used in lotions, hair products and such. Even when such products are found, it is often lower quality, or mixed with other tropical scents.

For anyone who is looking for very high quality, pure-scented coconut products, I have a couple suggestions. Below are my choices for two of the the very best. Both are easy to find, and quite affordable--and also have accompanying products that are very high quality as well.

Nourishing Coconut Milk Conditioner by Organix
Found in most major drugstores, about $6.00

I first tried this product when I was traveling. I forgot to bring conditioner, and I ran in a Walgreen's, looking for a bottle of Pantene. The two-for-one promotion for Organix Coconut Milk shampoo and conditioner caught my eye, so I opened the lid to take a whiff to see if it was a quality scent, and I was floored! I completely forgot about the good old Pantene, and purchased the Organix products.

They are...wonderful. The coconut scent is one of the best ever. Natural, with a perfect balance of sweet and musk. The shampoo and conditioner are both excellent products, but if you only buy one, get the conditioner. Aside from the scent (which nicely lingers all day) the product is a superb drugstore class hair product, every bit as good as Pantene and Nexxus products, in my opinion.

I have also lately noticed there are "Try Me Free" rebate tags hanging on the bottles, so maybe you'll get lucky. A note too-every one of the Organix products I've smelled have excellent scents: pomegranate, tea tree, vanilla silk, and several others. So, even if the coconut doesn't float your tropical boat, one of them certainly will!

Perhaps like a lot of people, I have been using Skin Trip lotion for over 20 years.
