Let them really put their minds into creating special gifts for family and friends, who will just adore and treasure their creations for a lifetime! As found on the site: holidaycraft4kids.com, here are two quick and easy holiday crafts for your children to enjoy making this holiday season!

Super-Easy Holiday Craft Number 1

Foamtastic Frames

Say cheese! Everyone loves pictures and the pictures that these frames will hold will be even more special in a frame that your children can make all by themselves. Easy and durable, these fun foam frames are sure to be all the rage. Use lace, glitter, markers or anything else you can imagine to decorate and personalize these foamtastic frames.

Basic Supplies That You Will Need:

Fun foam, any color
Scissors (child-safety)
Tacky glue
Decorations (glitter, markers, paint, stickers, ribbon, etc.)

What to Do:

1. Cut two frames from the fun foam making sure they are the same size -- squares, rectangles, hearts, etc.
2. Take the frame that is to be the front of the frame and cut out the center, leaving a one-inch border.
3. Decide what is going to be the top, then glue the front to the back, leaving room at the top for the picture to slide in. Allow to dry completely.
4. Decorate the frame with fun foam cut outs, ribbons, lace, buttons, or anything else you might have in your craft box.Now how easy was that?

Super-Easy Holiday Craft Number 2

Holiday Foam Pins

These super-cute pins make great gifts for family members, especially Grandma! Teachers will be sure to appreciate these as well.

Basic Supplies You Will Need:

Fun foam, any colors
Scissors
Tacky glue
Decorations
Safety pin
Glue gun (parents must help with this!)

1. Cut out the pin in the shape that you want. Possible shapes for the pins include holly and ivy, a snowman, a bell, a reindeer, initials, or a snowflake. You can even make three dimensional pins by layering the shapes.

2. Decorate the pin using lace, ribbon, buttons or anything else your child's heart desires!

3. Have a parent use a glue gun to glue the safety pin to the back of the pin.Again, how easy was this?
