Last night, February 9, 2010, was the Total Production Awards in London. U2 came away with a slew of awards for the 360 tour and the remarkable crew members who made it happen.

TPI magazine editor-in-chief Mark Cunningham described the history-making concerts this way: "It is a massive engineering feat - from scenery to video to audio with the biggest PA system to ever be seen on a tour. The four members of U2 are effectively the icing on the cake."

U2 received the "Year's Best Stage Show" Award for the over-all production. Other related awards given to members of the U2 camp are as follows: "Lighting Designer of the Year" and "Video Visionary" to Willie Williams, "Best Production Manager" to Jake Berry, and the award for backline tech to Joe and Dallas Schoo which was accepted by Joe O'Herlihy.

U2 has followed up these accolades by announcing all the European shows for the upcoming 2010 leg of the 360 Tour. They also request that fans check their website U2.com for varified tour dates and information, since rumors and second-hand sites have been building hopes for tour dates that do not actually exist.
