UFC 133 Full Fight Card and Picks
Evans Vs. Ortiz Another Upset?
Another MMA card in Philadelphia is set and ready to begin tonight on pay-per-view. The full fight card for UFC 133 is now set and the fights are fairly evenly-matched this time around.
The following is the card and some comments on some of the top fights:
Main Card
Rashad Evans vs Tito Ortiz- Ortiz is coming off a huge win over Ryan Bader. Was it a fluke? Is Bader simply too green? Can Ortiz beat the more explosive athlete at this stage of his career? Rashad is a smart fighter as well. The hope here is that it is not another draw but Evans is the pick.
Vitor Belfort vs Yoshihro Akiyama- Akiyama has been given some tough draws in the UFC so far. Hard not to go with Belfort in this one.
Dennis Hallman vs Brian Ebersole- Two tough fighters, and it would be an understatement to call them veterans. Go with Hallman in this one on your UFC 133 picks slate.
Jorge Rivera vs Constantinos Philippou- Rivera's power gives him an edge vs. replacement.
Rory MacDonald vs Mike Pyle- Pyle is an underrated grappler while MacDonald is a phenom...Pyle's experience wins out here.
