UFO Photographed Over Lake Michigan January 8th 2011

Cyclist Spots Lights Traveling at Speed

The Portland Journal
The Great Lakes have been part of folklore and legends for thousands of years, Native American Indians have many stories of mythical animals, spirits and strange visions associated with the huge swathes of water.

The waters of Lake Michigan, Eerie and Huron have been set in the imaginations of people even in modern times as places of beauty and mystery. Over the years many images of strange lights and objects have appeared in newspapers of lakeside towns and cities, also gracing many Websites.

Lake Michigan has of late been a focal point of some of the best known UFO hunters and Ufologists, who are being draw to the lakes banks in hope of spotting one of the many objects motioning around the sky, and even on the waters.

Many images have appeared which are apparently of UFO's that look exactly like passenger aircraft until up close. But in return these images have spurned a dangerous game of cat and mouse with some UFO enthusiasts who have been using high intensity lasers to signal and grab the attention of potential ET's, who have been accused of temporarily blinding pilots landing at nearby airports.

Not every object that is seen flying over the lakes can be seen as being conventional, as photographed over Lake Michigan during the night of January the 8th, 2011. Apparently 4 objects flew at very high speed over the Great Lake near to the State Park at Silver Lake.

Cyclist Mr. Hubbard of Quebec, Canada quickly grabbed his cell phone and photographed the 4 UFO's as the sped directly overhead traveling towards Silver Lake itself, capturing 3 of the object.

Mr. Hubbard said that at first he though several planes were landing at close intervals at a nearby airport. He stated, "I thought they were landing close by until I noticed there speed. They were moving way too quickly I thought maybe military aircraft, then they shot overhead and I made for my cellphone."

"They made absolutely no noise and were much bigger than any aircraft I have seen. I have never seen planes with lights like that; they seemed almost triangular in shape." He continued.

"They seemed to travel toward the reserve areas of Silver Lake before disappearing within seconds." Mr. Hubbard said.
