Ugly Betty: Goodbye Henry, Hello Gio!

This season is definitely going to outdo the last! O.K., when Henry Grubstick(what a last name!) came onto the show, I was sure he was the perfect guy for Betty. He was a glasses wearing geek(no offence to any geeks out there!) he's a handsome geek, but they were always getting crossed some way and it was frustrating. So, when it seems they finally can be together, his ex, Charlie comes back to see him-and he goes back to her!

It made me so mad when he just went back to her and gave Betty gifts hurting her even more. When Charlie told him that she was pregnant, that was the last straw for me. I was glad when Betty finally gave him up-until last week when he had the nerve to come back and work at mode! When Christina told him what his ex did and it might not be his baby, Henry goes over to Betty's house drunk on wine coolers. So now they are going to 'wait and see' if they can be together if the baby isn't his!

You'd have thought that he wouldn't have went there if he truly was in love with Betty. Now, we no longer have to worry because Betty has another man on the horizon, Gio. I just knew when the new sandwich guy first met her, that there was that 'something' in the air. Betty made a big deal over him not adding more sun dried tomatoes in her sandwich-which as Daniel even noticed was odd. Then, she's really sorry for getting him fired and offers him another job to take her to get Daniel a special wheelchair.

So, on the trip he encourages her to keep writing and not to lose focus of her goal. The interaction between the two is just so natural and fun. He told her of his dreams, she tells him of hers. I love the little 'quack' thing did whenever she gave him an excuse not to live her life. This guy is real, and is good for her. Betty is totally attached to him because when he gave her a sandwich with a lot of sun dried tomatoes in it, as she liked, it was wrapped all special and when Henry asked her if it was a gift, she denied it! Can she give up Henry for Gio? Will it end up being Henry's baby? I hope so, so she can just sh-wing on over to Gio. That's what I'm betting for this season.
