The contest states that the judges are looking for "pictures that capture a funny, ugly or silly baby moment", emphasizing silliness rather than meanness. Prizes include cash, and the amount depends on the number of entries, and also an Ugly Baby shirt, and photos are eligible to be compiled into a calendar.
