Back on Highway 19 at mile marker 16 is the World Botanical Gardens. These gardens are home to the triple-tiered Umauma Falls. Unfortunately you have to pay a fee to get into the gardens to see the falls, but it is well worth it. It is a short drive to the Umauma Falls lookout.
