Google, Inc. offers some of the most amazing job perks I have ever seen. If you are lucky enough to work for this company, you would get 27 days paid time off after your first year. You can use these 27 days any way you like, because if you are sick, your time off for that is unlimited! Google built incredible on site facilities for its employees, such as medical and dental offices, a car wash and hair salons. Employees can bring their laundry and use the free washers and dryers. Don't even worry about packing your lunch or skipping breakfast in your rush to the office because at Google, employees get three gourmet meals a day!
Another great place to work that offers great job perks is Homestead Technologies in California. This company gives its employees plenty of time off for health and personal reasons. Sick time is unlimited and employees are paid. Employees can also earn paid winter breaks during the holiday season. The company wishes everyone a happy birthday by giving them the day off with pay and a $100.00 gift card to spend on themselves! For employees who stay with the company for five years, you are given a four week sabbatical earning all but a 1/3 of your pay. In addition to all of that, there is the all expense paid yearly retreat, with a cabin in Lake Tahoe available for a very small rental fee.
If you don't need all that time off, how about some free beer? New Belgium Brewing in Colorado gives its employees a free case of beer every week. That is a lot of free beer! After 5 years with this brewing company, employees get a free trip to Belgium to sample even more beer. At Barkley, an advertising agency in Kansas City, Missouri, employees get free Boulevard beer on tap every day at 4:00pm. Digitas Health in Philadelphia sponsors "Beer Fridays" in the winter, and offers an early off option on Fridays in summer.
These companies sure know how to keep their employees happy and productive.
