Description:

The Independence Day parade begins at 8:30 am moving down Indian River Drive and ending at Riverview Park. At the park, there will be a daylong event with many crafters and food vendors. Fireworks begin at 9:00 PM by the Indian River. Riverview Park is located at the intersection of US Highway 1 and Route 512 in Sebastian, FL.

Vero Beach:

What: Annual 4th of July Fireworks Celebration
Where: Riverside Park

Description:

The Zambelli Internationale fireworks display will begin around 9 PM and will last approximately 15-20 minutes. Remember: personal fireworks, alcoholic beverages, and dogs are not permitted in the park. Riverside Park is located at 390 Beachland Blvd. in Vero Beach, FL.

Fort Pierce:

What: Stars over St. Lucie - 4th of July Celebration

Where: Veteran's Memorial Park

When: Wednesday, July 4, 2007, 5 PM

Description:

The celebration will consist of arts and crafts, food vendors, children's activities and lots of music. "The Original Family Stone" (featuring founding members of Sly and the Family Stone, Jerry Martini, Rose Stone, Freddie Stone and Cynthia Robinson) will perform at 6:30 PM and fireworks will begin right after at 9 PM.

Port St. Lucie:

What: Freedomfest July 4th Celebration
Where: Lyngate Park
When: Wednesday, July 4, 2007 - 10 AM, parade and Firecracker Mile Run - 11 AM

Description:

The Firecracker Mile footrace (along Midport Rd.) begins the celebration. Immediately following the footrace is the Freedomfest Parade. The celebration in Lyngate Park has live bands, food and refreshments, games and activities for kids and families, arts & crafts vendors and much, much more. Freedomfest concludes with a dramatic fireworks display beginning at 9 PM as long as the weather cooperates.
