Unconventional Ways of Using Bath & Body Works Products

There are many unconventional ways of using Bath and Body Works products, though one must always use caution when utilizing anything in ways not described on the packaging. If any sign of an allergic reaction appears, stop use immediately.

Heel Of Approval - The gycolic acid in Heel of Approval makes this the perfect product for reducing bikini bumps. Gycolic acid works as an exfoliant to remove dead skin cells. Apply after shaving bikini line to reduce ingrown hairs and bikini bumps. Stinging immediately after application is normal, and should disappear after a minute or two. Also can be used to keep lips and elbows soft and smooth.

Aromatherapy Massage Oil - Add to the bath as a soothing bath oil. The Eucalyptus Spearmint Massage oil makes a wonderful bath for sore muscles, just add to hot water and soak away stiff muscles and tension. Make sure there is a towel nearby when getting out of the tub, as the Eucalyptus Spearmint creates a cooling sensation, especially when air hits the skin. Use care when stepping out of the bathtub, as the massage oil will make the bathtub slick.

Shower Gel/Body Wash/Creamy Body Wash - Use as bubble bath. There is very little difference between the shower gels and bubble baths at Bath And Body Works. Squirt some shower gel onto a used washcloth and clean the shower or bathtub while you are in it. Can also be used to clean the toilet bowl. This is especially good for the scents you like but are getting sick of, or any half used bottles cluttering up the bathroom.

Footloose And Fancy Fizz - Add to the bath to soothe sore muscles. Use like regular bath salts, sprinkle into hot or warm water to refresh the skin and soothe any tired muscles. This foot soak will turn the water blue, and the mint included creates a lovely cooling sensation.

Pleasures Splash - Put in the refrigerator for a cooling mist. This is wonderful in the summer, or while living in a hot climate. Spray on linens as a fabric refresher, or use as an air freshener. Use an old dryer sheet or piece of fabric, spray on and use in a drawer or closet to keep things smelling nice.

Soap Bar - Use in drawers to keep clothes smelling fresh, or hang in closet.

Body Lotion - Use in bath to moisturize the skin while soaking. The oils will dissolve in the water, though the solid ingredients do stay solid. Use care when getting out of the tub, as the lotion can make the tub slippery. Use in hair as a styling lotion, or just to add scent and moisture to dry hair.
