The Good
This bag is huge. There really isn't a better way to put it. I'm 5'11, and I can actually sit in the bag (I've tried). The bag easily fit everything that I needed for my two week trip back home. It's large size allows you to pack anything you need. Whether it be stacks of shirts and jeans, workout gear, or football pads, the UA XL Team Duffel Bag can easily handle it. The zippers are convenient, and allows you to maximize the use of the space given by the bag.
The compartments of the bag are also helpful. One of the side pockets is actually a shoe compartment. This compartment can be used for cleats, dress shoes, tennis shoes, or flip flops; it sits the shoes on the bottom of the actual bag itself, so they may sit flat and stay protected. The other side compartment is large as well. The front compartment, half mesh, runs the length of the bag to fit in any small items that you may need. Also featuring a pocket for a water bottle, all three compartments have zippers, so they may securely keep your items...secure. For an extra bonus, for those in sports, a slit at the bottom of the bag unzips to allow a large tarp, sewn to the bag, to unfold. This tarp, with a large UA symbol on it, is great for any athlete at a practice or game. I could've used this while I was in track.
The look of the bag is, as Under Armour claims to be, undeniable. The materials used on every compartment of the bag give it that rough, athletic feel. It looks like it's built to last, and that's really true. This bag is created to take the beating of a multiple football seasons. It's easy to imagine the wear and tear this bag could take as it is abused with the spikes of cleats, the rough pads, and the torment of throwing it around the field and the locker room. This bag will last, and will look good as it takes its beating.
Under Armour started as a small company who wanted to give athletes better gear for the game. It is starting to evolve, and is slowly becoming a new Nike. The Under Armour Extra Large Team Duffel Bag offers nothing but usefulness for not only athletes, but the every day person who may need to transport things to home, or to the gym.
