Undercover Boss, Season 2, Episode 13 aired Sunday night on CBS, featuring UniFirst President and CEO Ronald Croatti. The toy train hobbyist puts on a giant wig and mustache to pose as Mike Daniels to check out his company, which provides and cleans uniforms for such companies like Walmart. Season 2, Episode 13 of Undercover Boss saw Ronald Croatti have a lot of trouble with manual labor. Nonetheless, the nice man was very touched by the efforts of his employees.

Ronald Croatti Works with UniFirst Employee Squeeky on Undercover Boss, Season 2, Episode 13

In Owensboro, Kentucky, the CEO works with Dee Dee of the Sew/Seal Department, whose employees get incentives for their productivity. Croatti really has trouble sewing the name patches on the shirts, and Dee Dee said he "sucked." Dee Dee wants to go to college, but work and raising children interfere. She wants to be a clinical therapist, but is worried about the inflexible six tardies policy per year that are tolerated before one is let go. Family obligations can sometimes cause her to punch in late.

The next job Ronald Croatti does on Season 2, Episode 13 of Undercover Boss is in Sumter, South Carolina. He works with Squeeky, a Shipping Operator, and immediately has trouble folding aprons. When the head honcho tries to put the transparent covering on the uniforms, he's utterly slow, and prefers working at the sorter. Squeeky is about to get married, and like the previous owners (UniFirst took it over years earlier) because she felt more appreciated.

The UniFirst CEO Witnesses a Woman Improving Her Life On Undercover Boss , Season 2, Episode 13,

In Oklahoma City, Ronald Croatti works with an Unloader/Sorter named Tony. There's lots of dirty rags to deal with, and it tires out the executive. Tony doesn't like the bags because of the knots tied into them and he's not impressed with the slow pace of Croatti, whose fake mustache is falling off, but he catches it in time on the Season 2, Episode 13 airing. While unloading the laundry into the washing machine, he has trouble letting go and could've gotten his arm caught in the tumbler. Tony raises his son alone, who had been in trouble when living with his mother, but now the kid is a football player. Tony likes to see his son play the sport.

Still in Oklahoma City, the head honcho works with Julie, a Floor Supervisor, where he tries to rightly put the shirts through the cleaning machine, but again, he's slow and he leaves unsightly creases in the shirts. Julie wants to be in the corporate structure, having advanced fast already. One of her ideas have helped work to be done quicker. She had a troubled life with drug abuse, but she began to straighten up after she got pregnant and got rehab. Julie impressed the Undercover Boss Ronald Croatti on the Season 2, Episode 13 airing, but he was overall impressed with all his employees' initiative and good ideas.

What Goodies Does the UniFirst CEO Ronald Croatti Hand Out on Season 2, Episode 13 of Undercover Boss?

The CEO makes a commitment to be more communicative with his employees when it comes to hearing them out and making their work lives easier. Squeeky gets the word from Ronald Croatti that her plant's workers will get more help with benefits and she gets an all-expense paid trip to Hawaii for her honeymoon. Dee Dee gets $5,000 for her college education and gets her day care costs paid for a year. Julie gets $5,000 for her innovative idea and gets her rent and utility bills paid for a year. Tony gets $5,000 for travel expenses to see his family when he wants and he and his son get an all-expense paid trip to Super Bowl XLV, which really moves him on Season 2, Episode 13 of Undercover Boss.
