Kay Pierre
Alcohol is a very addictive drink. It can be fun when you're partying but just know that it's very addictive. Some people use alcohol to forget about their problems. The good news is that alcohol does less damage to your brain than illegal drugs. Illegal drugs can cause permanent damage whereas alcohol will give them a temporary buzz unless they overdo it.

Recovering from alcohol addiction is not that difficult but you have to make up your mind to do it. Most people like alcohol and don't want to get away from alcohol. Most people enjoy alcohol and don't think that it's a problem for them. Alcohol is only a problem if the drinker get out of control. I've seen people who drink and handle themselves just fine. Some alcohol can help get rid of heart problems but too much can fail your liver later on.

Alcohol can kill you and gives you a blackout if you over drink it. It can gives you a crazy look on your face. Alcohol can cause fetal harm during any stage of pregnancy. Alcohol changes your level of judgment and you can make unsound decisions when drinking. You will lose your motor control and should not drive or operate any kind of machinery.

If you want to quit drinking, you should attend the AA club and get help. You should definitely let the professionals help you. You can remove all alcohol from your house and not go to party or club because you will sure find alcohol there. The chemicals in alcohol is a very addictive one and that's why many people are addicted to alcohol. You can replace the habit of drinking to something else that's more healthy for you. You can try drinking red bull or coffee to quench your need for drinking.
