Undressed

H. Kris Thomas
Undress.
Unbutton.
Unzip.
Strip.
Be seen as you are.

A naked ear upon a naked chest
Hears rhythm and is satisfied
While touches on silken strands
Lace between fingers that once
Traced names on supple skin;
Laying claim and saying:
I was here.

    Very good. The great thing about being naked is that there is nothing to hide.

    I truly enjoy your writing. The rythm is so relaxing and the meanings you convey are nicely done. A joy to read.
