A management training program was in progress. The course director was explaining the different types of skills managers should have and the proficiency to be attained at junior, middle and top management levels. The participants were told that at the junior level technical skills were more important. In the middle management level human skills were more important than technical skills. In the top management level technical skills were least Important and human skills more important. But he emphasized that more than the two skills it was the conceptual skill that was important for decision making.

At the end of the session while winding up, the participants were asked whether they had thoroughly understood the concepts and whether they could explain briefly what they learnt.

The participants explained technical and human skills clearly. They revealed perfect understanding of these concepts. However, two among them had doubts. Their queries are given below:
Participant A: Sir, from what I understand, the top management should have conception skills.
Participant B: ( Stammering) I wish to correct it Sir. It is con ---sexual skills. I mean conceptual skills.
Program Director: Yes, my dear friend, you are right.
