Reasons to Watch and Participate

Not only is the festival a wonderful opportunity to get to see films that you would otherwise have to be in France to see but it also is the dawn of a whole new global film viewing experience. While I am partial to seeing films in the theater, this is a great way to get localized festivals out to the masses and open up a worldwide living room screening party.

UniFrance and Allocine also give viewers additional incentive to take part with their contest package:

Film Fest viewers are invited to participate in a few contests with a trip for two to Paris and a trip for two to New York City both in the running, click here for more details.

UniFrance and Allocine Sponsor the First Online French Film Festival: Conclusion

Though I am super excited to see all the films in competition I am most excited about one of the bonus feature films (not in competition for a prize), Mona Achache's adaptation of The Elegance of the Hedgehog, titled, "H érisson" (The Hedgehog).

Comment below and let me know if you'll be watching and which films you are most excited to see.

Happy Viewing!
