Nothing says summer more than ice cream. With this fantastic party time dessert, your eyes say "potato," your mouth says "ice cream" and your taste buds say "yummy!"
Ingredients:
Chocolate sandwich cookies
Vanilla ice cream
Sweet chocolate milk powder
Chocolate syrup
Squirt whipped cream in a can
Chopped nuts
Finely crush cookies and stir into vanilla ice cream. Form a scoop of ice cream into a small to medium potato shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and return to freezer until solid. To serve: cover center of saucer with chocolate syrup "gravy." Roll ice cream potato in chocolate milk powder to form a "skin." Center potato on gravy. Top with whipped cream and nuts to look like sour cream and bacon bits. Serve immediately.
