Unique Halloween Ideas that Don't Require Candy!

Looking for new Halloween Treat Ideas? Tired of giving the same old candy for Halloween Treats? Here are a few suggestions for Halloween treat Ideas that are unique, fun, and still fit in your budget!

Halloween Pencils You can usually get a large box of Halloween pencils for a few dollars. (Definitely cheaper then a large bag of Reese's!)

Halloween Balloons Solid colors of oranges, black, yellow and purple will also work. Kids will love them and so will the dentists! You don't even have to blow them up! The children will have fun doing that on their own! Check eBay and save a ton!

Small Hand-Size Travel Games You can find them in the party section of your local department store. They come individually and in packs of 10-20 games for a few bucks.

Halloween Stickers Check your local dollar stores to find tons of Halloween stickers. It's usually cheaper to buy them in rolls. The rolls usually run about $5 for 1,000 stickers. Some will include pre sectioned amounts with perforated edges and others you will have to cut the lengths yourself.

Bubbles! Bubbles! Bubbles! What child doesn't like bubbles? Go to your local department store, dollar store or party store. You will find them in the party favor section. There will be various sizes and quantities! Along with many varieties!

Spin Tops Children will have lots of fun playing with old fashioned spin tops. These too come in various colors, shapes, and sizes and can usually be found in any store in the party favor section.

Glow sticks Not only will the children enjoy them but it will help light them up for safety reasons! You can find glow sticks, necklaces, rings, bracelets and other glowing favors at most department stores or party supply stores. They can range a little more expensive but are sure to be a hit! You can buy them in bulk and save a huge amount. Also be sure to check e-bay. The vendors their usually have a ton of items like this that can be purchased for a few bucks per gross.

Halloween Stationary Check the dollar stores, eBay and party supply stores for a huge selection of small stationary items. You will find notepads, magnets, erasers and much more! Not only will they be cute and fun, they will be great for children to color, draw, and take to school. You can find a 30 count pack of notebooks for $4 online.

Halloween Noise Makers Whethers it's Halloween clappers, Kazoo's or anything else that makes noise, the children will love them!

These are only a few unique Halloween treat ideas of what you could use. Choose your favorite one are get several and mix them up. The parents will be happy to see something besides candy. Plus, children that have health conditions such as diabetes will also enjoy them more since they can make better use of the toys instead of having candy that they can't eat!

    I agree that there should be something unique to give out. There will be plenty of candy. I always make it a point to hand out something different every year. We always have tons of kids as a result. I make it a tradition to do something different every year. This year everyone got live goldfish.

    When I was kid, if we got this stuff from someone we threw it into their bushes or spread it over their yard. Halloween is all about candy. If you can't afford candy then turn off your porch light!

    Good ideas. But parents should always make sure to taste the pencils first to make sure they are okay to chew on.
