Spring and summer weddings are popular. The "wedding season" can destroy your budget with the necessary gifts for the happy couples. If you are not careful the need to buy each couple a present can send your finances spiraling out of control. If you want to give meaningful gifts without spending more money than you can afford, think about giving one of these inexpensive but meaningful wedding gifts. Giving any of these special wedding gifts will be a great way to show the happy couple how much you care.

A nice afghan for the couples' home is a useful and thoughtful gift. Even if they don't use it right away an afghan can always be stored and brought out when needed. Make sure it matches the couples couch or decor. For a special touch you can even make it yourself.

Visit antique malls to find inexpensive but lovely china cups and saucers for two and a small plate. Tell the couple that the tea set is just for the two of them and only to be used for private moments.
