    Nowadays all over south India in every fruit stalls , yellow colour banana are available for sale in bunches . Originally it is green Cavendish banana. After harvesting the banana are cut in to small bunches and dip in to highly dangerous pesticide called Bevistin. All over the world the said chemical was banned long years ago. But nowadays it is used by traders in India. Once Bevistin is applied to the surface of the fruits, it penetrate the skin and deposited over the pulp of the banana. It cause vomiting, diarrhea, cancer and many more to the consumers. After the fruits are harvested and packed in the trays traders send it to the ripping chambers. Where the fruits are kept for two days and then ethylene gas has pumped inside the rooms for ripening. Due to continuous presence of the gas the fruits absorbed the gas and become yellow in color and ripening rapidly. Since it is artificially colored and ripen it will also dangerous for health.
