I'm pressing out
my moments,
seeing all the
matted stitches, all the
patches worn too thin,
and those few
unravelled seconds
that revealed
more than I wanted.
And I'm wondering
if a bit of thread
might cling there
to your shirt,
or if you
barely noticed,
brushed me off,
and walked away.

Where there are no "strings" there is no sound/harmonics and where there is no sound there is darkness.
I love this one Tina! (I'm getting caught up on all of your work today lol) I especially like the thought of "unraveling seconds" and the reminder that we all may be much smaller in the world than we realize, sometimes that truth just hits us.
You can't be talking about us sensitive males?
Good analogy, and great writing, as always 5*

Great poetry expressions. I get the feel of vulnerability, thanks for sharing.
