as Life passes me by.
While I sit and wait
for only one guy.
Does he want me?
he won't say.
I can't even figure out
if he's straight or gay.
His looks and his attitude
scream an emphatic "YES!"
But his words are uncertain,
making me guess.
Some people tell me
to just walk away.
Others say, "Wait,
hear what he CAN'T say."
Some say he's leading me on --
some say he's just too shy.
But six months is too long
to wait for a guy.
I must let him go,
but I want him still.
What can I do?
what's the deal?
This man holds my heart
in the palms of his hands.
As long as he does,
no other has a chance.
So I'm stuck in this Limbo,
till he's out of my heart.
But all this is doing
is tearing me apart.
