If you are lucky enough to take a vacation this year around Christmas, where are you going to go? There are so many choices, yet where can you go that might be slightly different than the typical vacation you would normally take? Below, find some original and unusual ideas for your Christmas vacation (Part 2).

-Prague (and castles)
If you love historical, European castles and have always wanted to see them in England or Scotland, check out Prague. Why? Because it is cheaper, more unique and full of history. Prague is located in the Czech Republic. It is also the largest city and the capitol. One of the most famous structures in Prague is the Prague Castle, but there are also many historical sites in and around Prague such as the Lennon Wall. There are plenty of museums, restaurants and entertainment as well as many modes of transportation whether it be by plane, train or automobile.

-Volunteer
There are many places you can visit and also volunteer while you are on vacation. Spending time in a fabulous location and helping others can be very rewarding.     Nice ideas! I was in Italy for Easter and that was an experience. I imagine traveling during the winter holidays would be interesting.
