Upcoming Event - One Must See: Asha Bhosle and Sonu Nigam Concert at UCF Arena, Orlando, FL

Asha Bhosle, the name which means the Hope - Hope for the best thing one can have in their life. Asha Bhosle is a name which extended from drawing room to kitchen of every single house of India of the Indian people who loves music. That was the year 1944 when she was just eleven years old and sang her first playback song for the movie 'Badi Maa'. Since then Asha means the melody queen of Hindi playback song. Till today at her 70's she is capable of keeping her that same voice like a child. Asha Bhosle is the singer who realized the concept of western music and her husband Rahul Dev Barman helped her by composing that glorious music of Indian musical history.

Asha Bhosle is from the family that contributed lot to Indian music. She is from 'Mangeshkar' family. Lata Mangeshkar is yet another vivacious female singer of India. Asha was introduced to music at her early age like all other Mangeshkar family members, but she didn't come to her professional career until she got married. And that was the start, she never stop after that.

Sonu Nigam is yet another youngster male singer of Hindi movie songs. Sonu is famous for his excellent voice and extraordinary talent. That was the year of 1990 when he started his career as a singer who used to sing the songs from Mohammad Rafi. Mahammad Rafi is one of the famous male singers of the history of Indian music. But Sonu got promptly noticed due his extraordinary talent at his early age. After that he never looked back and sang number of good songs. Among the young talent he is one of the best performers reported by one of the leading daily. Asha Bhosle and Sonu Nigam have plenty of duet songs which are really good.

These two legends of Indian music are coming to UCF arena on 25^th May 2007 at 8:30 PM as the part of their USA tour this year. Listening Asha at a concert is always a fun and a great experience.
