Update: Randy Orton Suffers a Concussion

Passes Impact Test

Spy Radio
Randy Orton let the WWE Universe know that he was going in for an impact test on Friday June 17th. After completing the impact test Orton tweeted "Passed the IMPACT test." Passing the impact test will allow Orton to wrestle Christian at Capitol Punishment.

Even though Orton is cleared to wrestle the WWE will probably have him take it easy. The match will probably not go past ten minutes with Christian taking a majority of the bumps. That is the most logical scenario because Orton suffered a concussion one week ago. If Orton were to suffer another concussion and miss months of action, it would hurt SmackDown's ratings. Orton is the number one guy on SmackDown, not to mention one of the only Main-Event face Superstars.

This is an update to "Randy Orton Suffers a Concussion".

You covered this well. As everyone said, concussions are a real hazard. Their impact continues long after the initial bruising heals.

I think he's asking for trouble if he continues to fight. Concussions are no laughing matter and could pose serious health risks.

years ago, they would never have checked to see if they had a concussion
