Updated American Idol Season 9 Odds and Picks to Win

American Idol is now down to its top 10, who will win Season 9? Here's is an update on the odds and picks to win this year's American Idol. There's been some slight shifting in the odds but the favorites are still looking good at the top. American Idol Odds To Win Season 9

American Idol Top 10 - Crystal Bowersox
Odds to win even money
Crystal Bowersox is still an even money bet and continues to have strong performances each week. Last week was her week to lose but she held strong with her Janis Joplin rendition. Though Crystal did well, I think the winner of last week's performances was Siobhan Magnus.

American Idol Top 10 - Siobhan Magnus
Odds to win 2-1
Siobhan is looking like she could be the upset Queen, knocking Crystal Bowersox off her leader throne this season on Amerian Idol. Siobhan has done a great job letting the American Idol audience know what type of artist she is and has benefitted from strong performances, especially last week's "Paint it Black" rendition. Good bet at 2-1 odds.

American Idol Top 10 - Casey James
Odds to win 9-1
Lee Dewyze is gaining on Casey James and this week is tied at 9 to 1 odds. Casey has done well but needs a stand out showing to keep him in the top three this week.

American Idol Top 10 - Lee Dewyze
Odds to win 9-1
Even though Lee Dewyze hasn't been comfortable enough to let loose on stage, he definitely is making improvements which is helping him gain ground on the top three. Like Casey he needs a stand out performance this week to keep American Idol viewers talking about him.

American Idol Top 10 - Michael Lynche
Odds to win 10-1
Michael Lynche continues to be a strong contender for the American Idol crown. Big Mike is very likable and has a great voice. People will keep voting for him and I see him making it to the top 5.

American Idol Top 10 - Didi Benami
Odds to win 25-1
Didi Benami is making some inroads in her performances and peaking at a good time. I thought for sure early on that she wouldn't make it to the top 10 but her improvements have helped keep her in the competition.

American Idol Top 10 - Andrew Garcia
Odds to win 30-1
Andrew Garcia needs a killer song this week or he will definitely be in the bottom three, mostly likely with Tim Urban. I'm surprised his odds are actually not closer to Tim's at 100 to 1. Sad because he was an early favorite of mine.

American Idol Top 10 - Katie Stevens
Odds to win 30-1
Katie Stevens is one of the younger contestants on American Idol but is still holding her own and should be able to hang on for a few more weeks. There are several weaker competitors than Katie that should go home before she does.

American Idol Top 10 - Aaron Kelly
Odds to win 30-1
Another younger competitor, Aaron Kelly is also hanging in their with the big guys. Aaron definitely has the crowd support and if he continues to play to it, he'll go deep in the competition.

American Idol Top 10 - Tim Urban
Odds to win 100-1
This just may be the week we see Tim Urban go home. Odds are he will be eliminated this week, but many have been surprised he's still in the competition. But if he plays to the female audience, he could stick around for a little while.
