The Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine is quite pricey at seven hundred and ninety nine dollars. However, I found it to be really sturdy and well made. A great investment, I might add. I know that my Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine will last me a long time and I need not worry about it conking out on me. Although I was skeptical at first because the Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine did not come with a well-known name to back it up such as Nordic or LifeCylce, I was completely happy with the results that I got with my Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine.
The Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine is quite easy to use and the seat is comfy. You can adjust the seat to various heights so that you can be comfortable enough to stay on it for a long period. Also, the machine has adjustable handgrips, which make it extremely ergonomic. The Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine has an LCD Monitor that displays your speed, distance, time, calories and pulse. It is called the Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine because you can opt to just work out your upper body with the rotating handles on the front of the machine. Isn't it amazing? It's great for ladies because you don't have to worry about your arms bulking up, as mine just got smaller and more toned.
When I want a full body workout, I use both the upper hand pedals and the lower foot pedals (as with a recumbent bicycle machine) and voila! My entire body is given a great workout. It is up to you if you would like a strenuous or a light workout. The Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine has eight levels of resistance for you to choose from. The Upper Body Recumbent Exercise Machine is a worthy investment and a must try.
