COLOR
Graffiti is a shimmer and a medium-toned green. It is not scary bright, or boringly dark. To me, it is the perfect green, for any fun, look. It is not dark enough for a smoky eye or light enough for a neutral, but any colorful look or even a cool liner is the perfect category for this color. I don't know what to compare it to, as it is fairly unique, but a leafy green or a light-neon forest green is what comes to mind.
FORMULA
I have raved about the formula of Urban Decay shadows before, but the formula for deluxe shadows is something else. Graffiti is the second-softest eyeshadow in my collection, and one of the most pigmented. To me, this is a real feat. If you have ever tried to work with Stila shadows, they have perfected the softness, but they do not show up at all. Maybe it's just me, but these deluxe shadows are amazing for that. They are super soft, super pigmented, and super easy to blend. Urban Decay has succeeded again in making a perfect product.
FUNCTIONALITY
I usually blend it into my crease with a light green lid and a dark outer corner with a skin-colored highlight for a nice spring look. You could also use this with dark browns for a smoldering fall look. This shadow may not be an everyday shadow, but you can really work with it and make it your go-to fun color.
PRICE
Urban Decay Deluxe Shadows are priced at $18, which is $2 more than their normal ones, but you get way more product. For $16, their classic eyeshadow, you get 1.5 grams of product, which is comparable to a MAC shadow, but for $18, you get 2.5 grams of product- 1 gram for $2? There is no question as to which one I would buy.
PACKAGING
The packaging of this eyeshadow is probably my favorite part. As you probably already know, the deluxe shadows have a different design for each color. Graffiti is one of my least favorite designs, but I still love it. In graffiti art, it says 'Urban Decay' on the front in green and pink with some lines around it. The container is a little thicker than I thought it would be, but this is probably just because of the extra product you get. This is one of the only items in makeup that I feel is worth collecting as there are 15 different designs on fifteen different colors. Who could resist that?
FINAL OPINIONS
Overall, I absolutely adore this shadow and recommend it. I use this whenever I want a green-plant look and I feel they have aced the formula. Graffiti eyeshadow can be purchased at urbandecay.com, ulta.com, sephora.com, and Ulta and Sephora stores.
