Golden Chopsticks in Redmond WA is a Chinese restaurant with a sense of style. Located at Redmond Town Center, Golden Chopsticks is the only Chinese restaurant in this beautiful open mall, and one worth visiting.

As you enter Golden Chopsticks, your vision is held back for a moment by a narrow wall. Then suddenly you step into urban elegance. The tiled floor is earthy in tones, and the walls are a warm topaz ornamented with graceful mirrors. Wooden tables and chairs run the length of the dining hall with cones of light suspended over them, and a massive gleaming table fills the central space, perfect for large get-togethers. The bar and kitchen slice the space halfway, and far beyond more tables lie hidden, secluded for romantic trysts.

Matching this ambiance is a menu of fine Chinese cuisine with mouth-watering samples shown below in the slideshow. Begin with a wide selection of appetizers, and be sure to sample the Pot Stickers, a sophisticated Egg Roll made with pork loin and vegetables wrapped in stir-fried dough. Next, move on to six selections of side soups or four soup meals, with beef and seafood or vegetarian selections.

For entrees choose from a wide assortment, from Chef Shiang's Specialties, such as the most popular Mongolian beef or chicken, to dishes made with chicken, beef, pork or seafood. Be sure to try the extraordinary Strawberry beef rich in aroma and flavor, or the Rainbow Chicken, which offers a an assortment of three chicken preparations in one.
