Urban Ministry Center Offering Shelter and Assistance to the Poor and Homeless

During the past year the Urban Ministry Center offered rooms to 1398 people who needed emergency shelter through their Room in the Inn program. This is an emergency winter shelter program which entered it's 14th year on December 1st. This program is offered during the coldest season from the 1st of December until the end of March.
The Urban Ministry Center makes 800 sandwiches daily for those they call neighbors. This group is happy to have you donate food you have prepared yourself, and invites everyone to donate sandwiches.
