U.S. Attorney (Western Region) Donald Washington vs. House Judiciary Committee

Black on Black High Crime

You may want to call me after reading this but you can only contact me by email, folks! This must be said in a way that a three year-old child can understand because they aren't stupid as this man was on October 16, 2007. When you see a crime of hate going on you must go and tell it! Was that easy enough for everyone included illiterate people to understand? I sure hope it was because I'd hate to have to explain it more than I'm about to right now.

Donald Washington, who is a U.S. Attorney based in Louisiana, had the chance to tell it on the mountain during the march in Jena, Louisiana September 20, 2007. He blatantly told reporters from CNN that he saw nothing to indicate there were hate crimes going on in Jena, Louisiana. The interview went downhill even further as he said that he did not find fault with the local district attorney who wrongfully charged teenage African American males with felony assault charges and placed them all in adult prison. He saw nothing wrong with the racist acts of local law enforcement falsely arrested these young boys for beating up on a white boy, Justin Barker, who innately started the whole controversy a year ago. Washington says that the fact that he was carrying a loaded weapon on school grounds shouldn't be reason for anyone to beat on him. What he truly wanted to say was that white boys are pure and good and are the superior race to all other races and we should bow down to them and kiss their cracks. This is what he truly meant to say and don't forget as he is saying this he supposedly speaking for all African Americans as an alleged African American. I say alleged because no real African American will something as asinine as what he did and it was on television.

During the hearings on October 16, 2007, Rep. Maxine Waters of California asked him repeatedly did he not just say that there was no hate crime when it was going on during the march that day. Now keep in mind Congresswoman Waters was there marching alongside Al Sharpton and Michael Baisden, who were the main ones who organized the march! The reporter who interviewed him was faced with hate crime as she went door to door to interview the towns people. Rednecks of one residence cocked shot guns at her and her cameraman and told her to leave. She said this on the special she produced that same night on CNN. The president sent FBI down that day to find anything resembling hate crime but if the U.S. Attorney says that there isn't a threat to any constitutional hate crime they can do nothing about it. This is why so much killing against us and those who tried to help free us back in the 50's and 60's during civil right movements got excused. If we can't save ourselves from being victimized by racist rednecks then how can we make a change and overcome all that our parents and grandparents went through?

That same question was asked by Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota and Rep. Jackson-Lee of Texas. What was the point in appointing an African American to make sure equal justice is served for us as well as others in cases like these. This idiot, Donald Washington, shouldn't be an attorney at all if he can't perform the duties his job entails. We need to appoint people to this position who has the courage of their convictions and will stand up for what is right not for what is wrong. Two of the Jena 6 are still in jail because no one has gotten rid of the racist bastards who put him in there, which happened to be Donald Washington's job. Both of them should be disbarred and cannoned back to the stone ages since they don't seem to be placed in the right day and time. Racism in the courts must be removed and this movement should start a crusade of removing all racist district attorneys, judges and presidents (like the one we have now) from the already twisted system we have.

When will we wake up and recognize that there needs to be a consensus of in the justice system that will appoint certain checks and balances that will serve all people. Yes, the beating up of Justin Barker was definitely wrong. The outcome should have been that he be serving time in an adult prison for trying to start a race riot by bringing a loaded gun to school with the intent on killing all of the African American kids in his school.

Judiciary Committee comes down on U.S. Attorney Donald Washington. Some of the members suggest that he step down from his current position. There should be a mass investigation against the judicial system in this country starting with Jena, Louisiana!
