Conclusion to U.S. and Britain, Copy Cat Files Part 1. As we explore why the U.S. and Britain have grown closer through the years we turn to year 1962.

Operation Northwoods, a drafted plan by Joint Chiefs of Staff Army General Lyman Lemnitzer offered to Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, was full of detailed multiple mock terrorist attacks involving mock planes, false propaganda, and installing fear in delivering the fake illusion that Cuba was attacking America. McNamara rejected the documented request and it was back to war games as usual. During that year U.S. sold Britain missiles and suggested that other countries join in purchase. United Kingdom's type? Submarine that held a half ton nuclear warhead according to BBC.

As the war turns. President John F. Kennedy tried to end war when the only thing that expired was his life. First Bank of the United States (federal government controlled) of 1791 fell victim to opposition from President Madison. Then following the War of 1812 Madison pushed for the Second Bank of the United States. The Second Bank of the United States faced a relentless President Jackson who claimed it simply made the rich richer and was corrupt with favoritism. Jackson got what he wanted by efforts and plans of bringing the bank down. Which was followed by an assassination attempt on his life. The assassin was sent to an institution but never punished. ^[2]

Both banks, under federal control, were designed after Bank of England, a bank created in 1694 to build the King's military. The Federal Reserves is the third and remains active.

We step into the 1990s and after. Reports reflect that the U.S. and Britain fell under scrutiny surrounding the war in Iraq throughout the war on terror beginning in the 1990s. Former Prime Minister of Britain, Tony Blair, otherwise dubbed as serial liar by many, seemingly tag teamed with President Bush Jr. prior and post 9/11. The same could be said about the Prime Minister and Bush Sr. during the 90s.

After Blair stepped down as Prime Minister then came Gordon Brown and the recent Prime Minister David Cameron stepped up. The U.S. remains, to this day, active in interrogation investigations. Meanwhile, Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron, a man known to define the war "an obligation", decided to recently toss the world a passive investigative bone according to Pub Record and reporter Peter Oborne. A panel of three, including one 70-year-old ex-Judge known as an Intelligence Services Commissioner and player in the circle of intelligence, will pave the investigation path. Sound familiar?

Britain mirrors America, or the other way around. America and Britain seem to share the same strategic element, financial planning, and so on.

Then journey to the final note where David Cameron plans to use "hundreds of millions of pounds" from "dormant" bank accounts for "social or environmental reasons". Meaning, if your money in the U.K. was sitting in an account for 15 or more years the Prime Minister can simply scarf it up and use it for what he dubs "Big Society Bank". And just last year the big story was bank bail-outs.

Cameron is also planning a "general overhaul" on public service as reported by Bloomberg. The worlds "overhaul", "reform", and "new" seem to be the track that the U.S. and Britain holds in common. But then again, both have been co-workers since World War II tapping each others back in times of need or times of planning. Question is, when they both get tapped out after unleashing all war efforts in order to retaliate their destiny where do they turn? To the next prominent power of the world. God.

United first, States and Kingdom last? Not as long as they control their copycat files.
