Use Tea in Your Beauty Routine #1: Get Rid of Grey Hair
You may be surprised to find out that tea can even help you get rid of those unwanted grey hairs (for those with originally dark hair). All you have to do is use black tea with rosemary and sage. Take three tea bags (brand doesn't matter) and let them seep in one cup of boiling water. Add a tablespoon of dry or fresh rosemary and sage and leave it out overnight so that it can all blend together. The next day strain it, take a shower and shampoo your hair. After that step use your tea mixture. Be sure that you get it all absorbed. Do not wear good clothes when you do this or you'll stain them. You'll need to do this more then once depending on how many grey hairs you have but the tea and herbs will darken your hair as you do this.
Use Tea in Your Beauty Routine #2: Say Bye Bye to Foot Odor
An important part of your beauty routine should be getting rid of food odor if that's something you have a problem with. You don't want to be embarrassed when you take off your shoes or if the odor leaks beyond your shoes. Tea can even help get rid of those odors naturally. Brew some strong tea and put in a large container that will fit your feet. Soak your feet for at least twenty minutes a day and your odor will disappear.
Use Tea in Your Beauty Routine #3: Puffy and Tired Eyes
If your eyes are puffy after a crying fest or just tired in general, use cotton pads and tea. Take cotton pads and soak them into cold tea. Lie down and lay them on your eye lids for around ten minutes. If you think you'll need to use them later that day or the next day, you can pop them into a plastic ziplock and use them again.
Use Tea in Your Beauty Routine #4: Facial
Give yourself an exfoliating facial paste by using chamomile tea and powdered milk. Mix powdered milk with chamomile tea to make a paste (so mix a little at a time to get the consistency you want). Rub it on your skin. When it's dry, rub it off your face and wash off.
Use Tea in Your Beauty Routine #5: Blemishes
We all get blemishes at one time or another, much to our horror. A quick fix to helping it disappear is to use a warm tea bag on the area for several minutes. Do not rinse it off as the tea will need to stay on your skin in order to work on controlling your blemish.
