Use Your Turn Signal!

I am sorry, but I believe everyone needs to take a driving test every five years. There are so many morons out there that never use their turn signals ever. I have seen cars almost hit into other cars, and pedestrians almost be killed while riding a bike or walking because an idiot never decided to use his turn signal. By taking a drivers test every five years maybe this could be cut down on a little bit.

Adults are always complaining about younger drivers being such horrible drivers, but they need to learn to look in their own mirrors. If the drivers test doesn't strike you as a good idea, then maybe cops should start to pull over those that don't use their turn signals. I believe it would reckless driving, if I am correct? Maybe a hundred dollar fine would encourage others to start using their turn signal.

What do we as a society need to do to convince people to use their turn signal? Maybe we should just pull them out of their cars and beat them while screaming "USE YOUR FUCKING TURN SIGNAL YOU MORONIC PIECE OF SHIT." That might help? Just maybe? Hopefully I am not the only person that sees this, and gets furious from it? Let me know.
