Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to one tablespoon of honey every morning before breakfast. Take this every day for one month. You may notice results as soon as one week.

Make a paste using one teaspoon finely ground cinnamon and one teaspoon water. Apply on the temples and forehead to find relief from the pain.
Herbal Remedy: Cough and the Common Cold
Chinese medicine has used cinnamon as a natural remedy since ancient time. It treats coughing, the common cold and sore throat.
Using a small pot, bring water to a boil. Add one cinnamon stick to the water and boil for two minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and use the cinnamon water for any herbal tea, such green tea. Drink two times a day.
You can also take one tablespoon lukewarm honey and ΒΌ teaspoon of cinnamon for three days.
Herbal Remedy: Toothache
Make a cinnamon and honey past with five teaspoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply a small amount of the paste to the aching tooth two or three times daily until the pain is relieved. Store excess paste in a small, clean container at room temperature.
Herbal Remedy: Stomach Ache
Dissolve one and a half teaspoons ground cinnamon in one cup of warm water. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes, then drink it like tea. This remedy can also ease diarrhea and flatulence.
Herbal Remedy: Bad Breath
Mix one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon cinnamon powder in hot water. Gargle with this mixture first thing in the morning and your breath will stay fresh all day.
Herbal Remedy: Indigestion
Sprinkle cinnamon powder on two tablespoons of honey take before eating any food, it relieves acidity and helps you to digest your meals, even heavy ones.
Herbal Remedy: Pimples
Mix three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon to make a paste. Apply the mixture all over your face. Leave it on for half and hour and wash off with warm water.
These are just a few uses of cinnamon as an herbal remedy. It will help get rid of or ease any discomfort you have and let you get on with your day.
