In part 1 I covered how to set up your profile to attract women. If you haven't read it yet, you probably should. Click here to read Part 1.
Finding Potential Women Friends
If you are new to MySpace, I'm going to briefly cover how to use the browse feature at the top of your MySpace page. If you can't find it, click here and if you are logged in, it will take you right to it. This is very important, so pay attention. Make sure you click the "Advanced" tab on the right hand side of the screen. I'm going to assume that if you are reading this, you are looking for women, so you are most likely going to select the women option. Next, select whatever age range interests you. Now it's important to narrow down the field by weeding out the women who have extra baggage (boyfriends/husbands).
Check the following boxes:
1. Single
2. Swinger
3. Divorced
4. Dating
Depending on your mobility and willingness to travel, you can select how far away from your area you are willing to search. For guys like myself, I don't suggest anything further than 50 miles from your zip code. Check the box that says, "Show only users who have photos." Next, pick your choice ethnicity. If you don't care and love them all, then don't bother with it (leave them all unchecked). The last few options all depend on your personal preferences.
Harvesting Time
This next part is probably the easiest part in this process. Simply look at the pictures, click on the ones you like and skip the ones you don't, unless of course you are looking for women based on their personality. Before we get to contacting them, there are a few things you need to do.
1. Look at most of their pictures (make sure the main picture isn't a fluke).
2. Scan over her profile and try to find a name or nickname.
3. Try to find something factual that she mentions about herself.
Initiating Contact
The first thing you want to do is click the "add to friends" link on the left hand side of the profile. After you get your confirmation page, return to the profile and click "send message" which should be located right above the "add to friends" link.
Something you need to know about women is that they respond better to longer messages. If you are wondering why you didn't get a response when you sent your "hello" or "wassup" message, now you know why. Women usually just delete those messages right away. Below is a sample message which you will have to slightly modify whenever you send it to a new lady. You can also modify the language to sound more like yourself. If you really want the best results, create a character and stay in character whenver you are writing on MySpace.
(Her name, Screen Name, or Nick Name),
I was just browsing MySpace trying to meet a few new people and I noticed your picture so I decided to take a look at your profile. I have seen a lot of beautiful women since I've been on here, but you are by far the most gorgeous lady that I've come across. I noticed that you are into (insert an interest of hers), which is something I find very interesting, but I don't get a chance to enjoy it much. I think we might have a lot in common, so if you are interested in making a new friend, I would love to take the time to get to know you. Just out of curiosity, what do you like to do for fun around here?
Sincerely,
(Your Name, Screen Name, or Nick Name)
The Non Response Letter
Occasionally, you won't get a response because:
1. They haven't read it yet.
2. They just deleted it right away.
3. You didn't say what they wanted to hear.
4. They didn't like your pictures.
In the rare circumstance of this happening, check your friend's list and see who has added you that hasn't responded. If you have one that has added you but didn't respond to your message, follow up with something like the following:
(Her Name, Nickname, or Screen Name),
I noticed that you are on my friend's list, but I haven't had the pleasure of getting to know you. I'm just looking to make a new friend, so let me know what you like to do for fun. Maybe we have something in common.
Sincerely,
(Your Name, Nickname, or Screen Name)
Please Be Advised
These are just sample messages that you need to modify to fit your situation. You can add to it and take away from it as you see fit. These are only intended to get you started in the right direction. Once you have a message template that you are happy with, make sure you save it so you don't have to write it over and over again. Just make sure you change the names and interests so that each girl thinks you took the time to write to them specifically. You don't want it to look like a generalized photocopy message, even if it is.
In Part 3, I will cover getting the name and number and setting up a meeting. If you haven't done so already, make sure you add me as a friend.
Oh Yeah...
Before I go, make sure you don't contact people on the lady's friend's list. It has the potential to backfire. If you see someone on her list that looks better than her and they are close to your area, go for that one instead of your first "target."
