Using a Photo Kiosk: A Secret to Printing Digital Photos from Your Camera Phone
Printing Digital Photos Has Become Easier Than Ever
These days we have the ability to easily take hundreds of photos, select specific photos to be printed, and then enhance the quality by removing red-eye, cropping, or even add a fun border! Prices to print 4x6 and 8x10 photos have become so inexpensive and most photo kiosks supply instantly printed photos.
If you are one of millions who have the exciting capability of taking photos with your cell phone, you are now in for a real surprise! Take as many photos as your heart desires, because I am fixing to share with you a wonderful advancement in getting your photos printed directly from your camera phone with ease!
As you look at your camera phone and wonder how on earth you are supposed to get those photos out of your phone and printed, please know that you are not alone! I bought a camera phone that features a removable memory card, but found that unless I have the card adapter with me, I can't use the instant photo kiosk to print my photos-or can I?
Thanks to a wonderful employee at Wal-Mart, a little secret was revealed to me last summer. If your cell phone has blue tooth capability you can send your photos from your phone straight to the machine!
When beginning the upload process at a kiosk station, the screen should ask you what type of media you have your digital photos on. Depending on the model, it should give you the wireless upload option. Your phone can then search for the machine and send the photos you have selected. Now you can print all of those cute pictures without a care!
Remember, you can also use a compact disc (CD), flash drive, or memory card to upload photos to the kiosk, but wireless tends to be the easiest method for those who have camera phones that do not feature a removable memory card.
Wait! The fun doesn't stop here! Choose wallet sized photos for grandpa and an 8x10 for grandma or a collage of several photos all in one. There are many exciting and colorful templates to choose from. Experiment, be creative and just have fun! Not only can you print your photos, but you can also order other types of merchandise showcasing your favorite photograph! Mouse pads, tee shirts, key chains, and mugs can generally be ordered from a retail kiosk Christmas cards and calendars have also become a favorite.
You can find photo kiosk stations near the picture development department in almost any Walgreen's, CVS Pharmacy, Target, & Wal-Mart.
