Erica Evans (Elizabeth Mitchell)
The FBI agent must find time to chase down leads about the Vs while keeping her fellow FBI in the dark as she doesn't know who is friend and who is Visitor. Mitchell stars, as many V fans have already know, as Juliet Burke on the hit television series LOST. She also played as Carol Newman/Mrs. Clause in The Santa Clause 2 & 3.
Anna (Morena Baccarin)
Anna, the friendly, yet untrusted face of the Vs, bore an uncanny familiarity. Baccarin played Adria in Stargate SG-1. She also appeared as Inarra Serra in the hit television series Firefly as well as the subsequent film based on the series entitled Serenity.
Ryan Nichols (Morris Chestnut)
The defective V, Nichols is one of the leaders among the resistance, and possibly one of the leaders of the mysterious Fifth Column. Chestnut has starred as both basketball and football star as Tracy Reynolds, in the film Like Mike and Travis Sanders in The Game Plan. He also starred as Ricky Baker, a teenage father, in Boys N the Hood as well as a number of other movies.
Father Jack (Joel Gretsch)
Father Jack must decide, as he states in the end of episode 4, whether he wants to be a priest or a soldier. Gretsch has had a number of supporting roles in movies such as National Treasure: Book of Secrets and Minority Report, as well as appearing in episodes of JAG, NCIS, and CSI: Miami.
Valerie Stevens (Lourdes Benedicto)
Valerie, Ryan Nichols' bride-to-be, (and newly found mother-to-be) was familiar to many popular television fans. Benedicto starred in 24 as Carrie Turner, The Nine as Eva Rios, and for four years she had a recurring role on NYPD Blue as Gina Martinez.
Chad Decker (Scott Wolf)
Reporter Chad Decker may prove to be the most interesting and in-depth of characters on V as his connection with the Vs is both advantageous for his career and compromising for his morals. Wolf also starred alongside Benedicto in The Nine as Jeremy Kates.
Lisa (Laura Vandervoot)
Lisa is both Tyler's (Logan Huffman) romantic interest as well as Anna, the leader of the Vs' daugther. Vandervoot starred in Smallville as Supergirl.
