The great outdoors and the open city of Las Vegas hold extraordinary tastes and a one of a kind experience for visitors. When gambling, shows, fancy dinners and being on the town are not enough; a relaxing leisure day can bring a calming effect to the senses. Although it may not be the most advertised or well known portion of the modern or family vacation specials; playing a game of golf brings in numerous tourist each year to the hot spot in the desert. In fact, certain planned packages offer the most bang for your buck! Just by reserving a tee time along with your choice of hotels, and the number of nights you will be in town, picking out the golf club to play on is added on without extra costs. That's right, a hotel stay, and a full day or two of golf can be pre-booked at the Internet site: lasvegasgolfing.com for under two hundred dollars!

One of the best golfing locations is on one of the newest and most sophisticated hotels on the strip. Wynn Las Vegas, which just opened it's new hotel site: Encore! has a lush green of over 7,000- yard par with 18 holes. What was once the Desert Inn Golf Course has now been renovated into haven of fresh trees and sparkling ponds with waterfalls. Magnificent views of the Las Vegas Strip can be openly seen among this country club type environment inside of the Wynn resort. Fully equipped with a pro-shop on-site, even a pair of loaner Calloway clubs can be arranged for their guests. The Wynn resort is located at 3131 Las Vegas Blvd., just across from Trump Towers.

Close to the end of the strip is the second most exciting course to play golf on. With 18 holes the par 71 course measures at just over 7,000 yards. A choice of many celebrities, this course is conservative about the professionalism of it's players. Bali Hai is located at: 5160 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The 2006 best New Course Choice in Las Vegas was the Aliente Golf Course. This green also holds the best deal ribbon, and the lowest prices in town for a single game of golf,( just under $80.). At a 14 hole operation this course will amaze you. Located on the outskirts on town at: 3100 W. Elkhorn.

If your swing needs improvement and an all day event is optional, or not the first thing on the to-do list, then go and check out Desert Pines Golf Course. The 18 hole course here is not the only feature to golfers. A two-story practice can aid the coordination for that winning average. Also on site is the Walter's Golf Academy providing PGA teaching styles. In the medium range of price, beginning one game costs around $180. This course is close to the strip, located at: 3415 Bonanza.

Our last adventure features rare glimpse of desert landscaping, and a unique lake, Lake Siena. At the Siena Golf club many amenities can be enjoyed, including a bistro rated at five stars in 2005. The breathtaking sights of the Springs Mountain Range showcases above the 18 holes at various yards per par. One of the more modest course, Siena's games begin in the area of $200./ and up. This site is far out off the path of the strip, located in Summerlin at; 10575 Siena Monte.

All the courses listed above are included for the available hotel and game combo package. If staying near the strip is more practice, then I would suggest one of the first two courses. When seeking out the natural resources surrounding our city, go on and find the beauty of the one of the last three mentioned courses. Each course has a full description of services offered on-site at their websites.
